1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Unbreakable Love, LLC (“Unbreakable Love,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the website www.unbreakablelove.com and all related services, programs, digital products, assessments, coaching services, communications, and content (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Agreement

This Agreement is between Unbreakable Love, LLC, a relationship coaching and education organization, and all certified facilitators, assessment users, and other individuals who access, view, or use Unbreakable Love materials, programs, tools, content, or Services (collectively, the “Users”).

This Agreement explains the scope of the Services provided by Unbreakable Love and your obligations as a User.

3. Scope of Services

The Services provided by Unbreakable Love include educational content, materials, tools, frameworks, and assessment programs designed to promote relationship awareness, emotional growth, and meaningful connection.

These Services may include, but are not limited to:

• Online and in-person assessments
• Coaching tools and relational frameworks
• Digital courses and training materials
• Educational resources and workshops
• Facilitator certifications
• Events, webinars, and live programs
• SMS, email, and digital communications

All Services are provided for educational, coaching, and relational development purposes only.

4. Not Therapy or Medical Services

• Unbreakable Love is not a medical provider, mental health clinic, or psychotherapy practice.
• Use of the Services does not create a therapist-client, counselor-client, psychologist-client, medical provider-patient, or fiduciary relationship.
• Nothing on this website constitutes medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice.
• Users should seek licensed professionals for clinical, medical, or mental health needs.

5. Facilitator Services

If you are a certified Unbreakable Love facilitator, you may use the Services to guide individuals or couples through relationship conversations based on Unbreakable Love frameworks and assessments.

By completing Unbreakable Love training, you do not receive any professional mental health licensure, and you may not represent yourself as a licensed counselor, therapist, psychologist, or medical provider unless you independently hold such credentials.

6. Assessment User Services

If you are an assessment user or individual accessing Unbreakable Love content, you may use the Services for personal insight and relationship exploration.

Use of the Services does not constitute professional psychological, medical, financial, legal, or therapeutic advice and is not a substitute for licensed professional services.

7. Use of User Data

By using the Services, you grant Unbreakable Love permission to use your information in aggregated and anonymized form for internal research, program development, training, and educational insights.

All data usage complies with the Unbreakable Love Privacy Policy.

8. User Right to Data Deletion

Users have the right to request complete deletion of their personal information and assessment data from Unbreakable Love systems.

Upon verified request, Unbreakable Love will permanently delete all personally identifiable information associated with the User, including:

• Account information
• Assessment responses
• Coaching records
• Communication history
• Stored personal data

Except where retention is required by law, accounting regulations, or legitimate business purposes (such as financial records).

Deletion requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

9. User Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
• By using the Services, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into this agreement.

10. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of credentials
• All activity under your account
• Providing accurate information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

11. Use of Services

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services solely for:

• Personal use, or
• Facilitating Unbreakable Love programs if certified

No other use is permitted without written authorization.

12. Intellectual Property

All content is owned by Unbreakable Love, including:

• Assessments
• Frameworks
• Courses
• Videos
• Text
• Logos
• Brand assets

You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without written permission.

13. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Misrepresent affiliation
• Scrape or harvest data
• Resell content
• Interfere with site security
• Upload malware
• Violate any law

14. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from Unbreakable Love, including:

• Appointment reminders
• Program updates
• Coaching communications
• Marketing messages

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed messages.
